Title: Comparing hockey clubs across the Europe and their work with the youth (Organization, the content of the practise proces, personnel and material security and more) Objectives: The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to find out and compare terms and methodology of clubs for the development and upbringing of youth hockey players in selected countris in Europe Methods: In my work, I used the method of qualitative research, which took place in the form of filling in pre-consulted tables, in which data from five clubs in Europe were evaluated and compared. Results: It was found that all of the teams have relatively similar working conditions for work with youth, but each teams offers different benefits for the development of their members. Thanks to the openness of the clubs we compared a large number of interesting factors that can give clubs a good feedback for improve or create their own conception for work with the youth. Autor: Dominik Havelka Title: Development of speed in changing of directional of skating by agility exercises in ice hockey training focused of defenders in category midget and juniors Objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to determine the impact on increasing speed abilities through the creation of a test battery and a training program that focused on agility skating exercises in the youth and junior age categories. Another goal is to determine whether the rate of influence was different for defensemen and forwards, and also the rate of influence was different between youth and juniors. Methods: Methods: ANOVA statistical analysis was used to compare results in individual tests. A total of 32 players participated in the research, 17 in the youth category with an average age of 15.00 ± 0.59 years and 15 in the junior category with an average age of 17.93 ± 0.85 years. The experiment lasted 14 weeks during the competitive period. Testing took place in the first and last weeks, and 12 weeks of training stimulation took place between the testing. Results: In both observed categories, there was improvement in terms of Cohen's d in all tests. The average times of both groups improved in all tests. Title: Ankle joint injuries in young volleyball players, prevention options and subsequent rehabilitation Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the number of injuries in the junior category of the 1st league and extra league volleyball in the Czech Republic with a focus on ankle joint injuries. Another goal is to examine the course of follow-up care after the injury and to find out the most frequently used preventive measures for the elimination of injuries. Methods: The basis of this diploma thesis was quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey. To obtain the data, a non-standardized questionnaire was created, which included questions about injuries with a focus on the ankle joint, prevention rates and forms of follow-up care after the injury. The obtained data were processed using descriptive statistics and contingency tables, especially in Microsoft Excel 2003, and converted into a graphical form. Results: 92 % of players were injured in the junior category of the 1st league and extra league of the top volleyball. The influence of the junior national team fitness tests on the performance of junior athletes in sprint canoeing

Title: The influence of the junior national team fitness tests on the performance of athletes in sprint canoeing Goals: The aim of our work is to determine the influence of the junior national team fitness tests on ranking of junior athletes in the Czech championship races during years 2008-2013. Methods: Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used to determine the relation between the results of the race and the fitness tests. Results: The results of our survey show an indication of dependence between the performance in 1,000 meter race and in the performance in the running test on 1,500 meters. Objective: Training and abilities of junior athletes Prepared by: Bc. Petr Dubský Supervisor: PaedDr. Jitka Vindušková, CSc. The aim of the work: The aim of the work was to find out the level of performance preconditions of two junior runners on the middle tracks, analyze the structure and content of their training, their performance in selected tests and the development of performance in their main disciplines. Methodology: The work has the character of a two-case study. Methods of literature search, analysis, comparison and evaluation were used. The analysis of training records and competition results of two athletes from the 2017 season was used to compile this work. I analyzed their performances in individual seasons. I also performed an analysis of training records, where general and special training indicators were evaluated and compared with the results of similar analyzes of other athletes. I analyzed the results of two tests in the biochemical laboratory, which we completed during the preparation for the 2017 season. Conclusion: When comparing the training records with the professional literature and with selected athletes, we come to the conclusion that the training load was insufficient for the monitored athletes. Title: Use of Crossfit in condition training of junior ice hockey players Objectives: Main idea of this thesis was to prove, that Crossfit is usefull in ice hockey while pre-season. We aimed to proved crossfit improvment at generally condition presupposition, compare to other training method. Main area of condition were speed and power presupposition. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and a method of comparison. We apllied the method of analysis in pre-season of ice hockey and the method of comparison in comparing the two different types of training method. We used Crossfit as training method, which was applied on junior hockey. Strength training based on Crossfit exercise is going to be compared with running training, This running training program is use for training of junior hockey players. Objective: Training and abilities of two junior athletes Prepared by: Bc. Petr Dubský Supervisor: PaedDr. Jitka Vindušková, CSc. The aim of the work: The aim of the work was to determine the level of performance of selected members of the training group, namely two juniors. To analyze the structure and content of their training, their performance in selected tests, and performance development in their main disciplines. Methodology: The analysis of the competitive results from 2012 to 2017 was used to analyze the performance of the individual seasons. I also analyzed the training records, where general and special training indicators were evaluated and compared with the results of similar analyzes of other athletes. I will also analyze the three measurements we have completed with the whole training group. Conclusion: The result shows that the training load in selected athletes, either according to literature or in comparison with other athletes, is insufficient in both individuals. After evaluating testing, I concluded that the test types were wrongly selected. This work has confirmed the importance of keeping track of the training records. Title: Training of juniors in the alpine disciplines focused on power skills using balance aids Objectives: The aim of this study is to find out, effectiveness of selected special exercises focused on power skills using balance aids. Methods: Simple experiment lasted 23 weeks. The group was made up of skiers aged 17 to 19 (n = 11). The skiers were assigned to two groups with and without balance aids. All were tested in the beginning, middle and at the end of the training program. They did four physical tests: two-footed jump, chin-up, jumps over bench, five jumps. Results: The results of our experiment, show that exercises with balance aids are not so effective. We found difference only between first and second tests. We didn't find out difference at the third testing. The value of the tests are shown with averages and standard deviations in tables and graphs .
